I think that taking a trip down to Washington D.C., this amazingly warm weather, and therapy has been helping my mood. I think I will be purchasing a light for my S.A.D. disorder. I hate winter, except for Christmas and January 28 (my dog Allie's birthday)!Things are only going to get better from here on out!

Therapy, Spring, and Trips
I think that taking a trip down to Washington D.C., this amazingly warm weather, and therapy has been helping my mood. I think I will be purchasing a light for my S.A.D. disorder. I hate winter, except for Christmas and January 28 (my dog Allie's birthday)!Things are only going to get better from here on out!
